Herb Entwistle is a seasoned real estate professional with almost two decades of experience in the Real Estate Industry, having pursued a broad range of real estate endeavors from real estate development, financing, consulting, and sales. He has completed hundreds of $ millions in Real Estate sales volume over his career. And he has represented celebrities, multi-national corporations, private equity along with the average buyer over his career. Herb focuses on all aspects of the Real Estate trade from primary residence, investment properties as well as marketing New Development projects.
Herb started his career in the Financial Sector. Herb has had long term consulting contracts with many of the largest in the industry including Fidelity Investment, Deloitte and Putnam Investments. He brings with him a strong financial background as well as a keen negotiating ability from his training with the Black Swan Group and Chris Voss. Herb has owned and operated a a residential / commercial mortgage company in the Boston area from 2002 to 2008, from which he parlays his skills to the unique and variable world of real estate finance.

Herb and ERG specialize in sales in the prime Boston neighborhoods as well the marketing of new residential developments in the Boston area. Currently, his clients list come from places such as China, Costa Rica, Italy, Spain, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Canada, Germany, Netherlands and Belgium to name a few. Herb is a native of New England and a graduate of the University of Rhode Island with a BS in Finance and Management. Herb recently received certification in Real Estate Development and Finance from MIT in Cambridge.

Currently she is key sales member on two new projects in South Boston with over 20 units. She also has over 6 years of corporate and start-up sales experience. Marissa began her career as a Sales Manager at Frito-Lay and has spent 4 years working in tech for houzz.com. She’s worked with hundreds of interior design firms, home builders, architects and design-build firms on advertising programs. Marissa has a passion for sales and helping her clients achieve their goals. She is an excellent communicator and listener.
Marissa is a graduate of the University of San Diego, where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Supply Chain. When she is not working you can find Marissa spending time with her two golden retrievers, at yoga or enjoying Boston sports! Marissa lives in the very popular neighborhood of South Boston.
